Dr. Ronald Suryaputra joined UPH Surabaya Campus in May 2009 as a faculty member of the Faculty of Business. Starting Academic Year of 2010 - 2011, he was appointed as the Deputy Head of the Management Study Program, and later on promoted as the Head.  Dr. Ronald is currently Executive Director and Associate Dean for UPH Surabaya Campus. He is also the Head of the International Relations Office. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and his Master of Management degree in Indonesia. In May 2015, he successfully completed a doctoral degree in marketing concentration with Cum Laude. His recent publications and current research interests are on Marketing and Higher Education and also a reviewer for national and international journals and UPH Center. He has successfully received various government grants, scholarship, and international grants as the result of his research achievement. Some of his research have been indexed in SCOPUS, which shows his seriousness in research. He is also teaches Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Entrepreneurship, Research Method, etc.
