OVERVIEW Of  the 2022 Malang ICPM 

Overview :

The Association of International Business and Professional Management (AIBPM) are pleased to organize the 2022 International conference of Project Management (ICPM) on    23th April 2022  in virtual mode . All of participants will present their paper online and they will give an opportunity to publish the paper after conference. This conference aims to bring together researchers to present up-to-date works that contribute to new theoretical, methodological and empirical knowledge. The conference invites theoretical and empirical papers on ALL aspects of business management, accounting, finance, information system and economics and any related topics.

Liem Gai Sin, Ph.D
President of Association of International Business and Professional Management

Liem Gai Sin, Ph.D is the founder and president of Association of International Business and Professional Management. He has been involved in many research projects, received several research grants, scholarship and educational awards. He has published many journal articles in IEEE, APBITM, JIBM and wrote a book chapter in The Handbook of Experiential Learning in International Business that is published by Palgrave Macmilan in 2014. He was also a columnist on Entrepreneurship magazine and was an external reviewer of AIB and APIBTM. Currently he active in business activity, consulting and also active in many international organization.

Prof. Iwan Triyuwono is a lecturer at Brawijaya University (1988-present). He was born in Bangkalan on June 30, 1961 and completed his studies at Brawijaya University majoring in Accounting in 1986, Master Degree on Accounting at Macquarie University – Australia in 1992, and lastly earned a PhD in Accounting at The University of Wollongong – Australia in 1995 with a dissertation that entitled “Shariate Organization and Accounting: The Reflections of Self's Faith and Knowledge.”He served in several many important positions in Brawijaya and also other universities such as: postgraduate director in Muhammadiyah university, Malang (1997-1999 & 1999-2002), the head of accounting postgraduate program in Universitas Brawijaya, Dean of Economy faculty in Trunojoyo university and etc. He is active as a keynote speaker in many conferences, training and seminar and also write many book and journals.  His google scholar citations are 3451, h-index is 29, and i10-index is 69; Research Gate Score (RG Score) 19.56; Sinta score 11.61 (as of March 20, 2022).

Prof. Majdi Anwar Quttainah, Ph.D*

Majdi Anwar Quttainah earned his Ph.D. degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Lally School of Management & Technology (USA). He earned his MBA degree with merits from the Business School & Entrepreneurship at Newcastle University (UK), and his Bachelor degree in International Business from the American International University in London (UK). Dr. Quttainah is an associate professor of management in the College of Business Administration at Kuwait University and works on consultation and training projects as a freelancer. His research and teaching interests are corporate governance; the three levels of strategies, specifically corporate strategy, international management, and business, entrepreneurship & small business, and organizational change & development. In addition, as a recognition to research he was awarded the Best Young Researcher academic year 2016/2017 Kuwait University. Moreover, his research was awarded the Best Paper Award at the 76th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management Anaheim, CA, 2016, the Best Paper Award at the AGBA's 12th Annual World Congress, Kuantan City (State of Pahang), Malaysia, 2015, and the best Paper Award of the Gorontalo International Conference of Project Management (ICPM) 2018 – Gorontalo/Indonesida. He and his co-author received the best paper award for the Kuwait Economic Researcher Award by the Central Bank of Kuwait; May, 2019.

Associate Professor and Internationalization Leader for the Management Department and Management School at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). He holds a PhD in Strategic Management and Sustainability of Consorcio de Universidades in Lima; he has doctoral studies at Copenhagen Business School, and an MBA of Centrum Católica. His research is oriented to Corporate Governance, Power and Influence in Organizations, Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship, and International Business. He was visiting professor at Inseec Business School in París, Universidad del Desarrollo in Santiago de Chile, ESADE University in Barcelona, and UDEM in Monterrey. He is Associate Editor of the International Journal of Sustainability in Higher Education (Emerald-Q2), Deputy Editor of 360 Journal of Management Sciences (Peru), and member of the Editorial Boards of CEA Management Journal (Colombia), Alcance Journal (Brazil), and International Journal of Applied Business and International Management (Indonesia). He received six research funds, a teaching innovation award, and a scholarship for teaching of the EFMD. He is Peru Country Director in the Academy of International Business (AIB) for the Latin America and the Caribbean Chapter, and Vice-Chair of Resources of the AIB Global Teaching & Education SIG.

Dr Zazli Lily Wisker, New Zealand
She is a Senior Lecturer at Wellington Institute of Technology, New Zealand. Before this, she was an Assistant Professor at the American University of the Middle East, Kuwait. She obtained her PhD in Marketing from the University of Waikato, New Zealand, in 2011. As an academic, she is passionate about teaching, researching and developing curriculum. She is a dedicated, resourceful, and goal-driven academic with a solid commitment to every learner's social and academic growth and development.  She is an assistant editor for the Journal of Islamic Marketing and an editor for the Journal of Halal Services, a newly established journal by Victoria University, Wellington. She is a member of the Australian and New Marketing Academy (ANZMAC) and the Council of Australian Tourism and Hospitality Education (CAUTHE).




  Adjunct Professor Dato’  ‘Aliyah Karen 

‘Aliyah is known to many as the ‘pay it forward lady’. After 22 years as a CEO of a CSR Arm of a Public Listed company,  ‘Aliyah decided to pursue her Doctorate. ‘Aliyah holds a MBA, majoring in Human Resources management and is a qualified trainer from US and HRDF Malaysia. Her forte is in Management and Operations, while she dabbles in Branding & Publicity, especially for start-ups, healthcare and foundations. A multitasker she currently sits on the Board of a private hospital, founded a Social Enterprise; AKRAB RESOURCES, a Foundation; Health on World (Y-HOW), a consultation business; ABA resources, a wound centre; ABA Luka Care, is advisory to a company foundation; A Leap of Faith, while she trains and speaks under her own umbrella company. It’s no wonder she is frequently called in as a speaker, a judge, a mentor, a trainer and a consultant. In 2018  she was given the best manager of the year – Europe Business Assembly Oxford. 2019, she was awarded the Woman’s Icon Malaysia (Berg Singapore), Inspiring Woman of Malaysia (Malaysian Business and World leader businessperson (Biz Awards) and in 2020 she was named the Global Goodwill Ambassador for Malaysia (GGA Foundation) and the Malaysia’s Woman Leader (CMO Asia & World Woman Leadership Congress). In December 2020, she was awarded the Malaysian Woman’s Leader 2020 by CMO Global India / CMO Global Asia. She has just been appointed as Adjunct Professor for UNITAR International effective January 2022. 


Meng Kui, Hu

Meng Kui, Hu, Chartered Banker, MBA is a former senior banker with 26 years of banking experience in commercial and corporate banking. He actively engages with various governmental agencies and SMEs to promote strategic financial management and sustainable business growth. He is presently a member of the United Nations ESCAP Sustainable Business Network (ESBN) and its Vice-Chair of the Digital Economy Task Force, promoting the dynamics of digitalisation for nations and businesses. He also serves as a member of the Examination Committee with the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB). He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Strathclyde, UK, and has authored two books entitled “SME Challenges and Solutions” and “Transforming Family Businesses”. He also writes regularly on financing and business for various publications. He is currently pursuing his PhD candidacy with Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. He speaks English, Malay, Mandarin and Cantonese.

  3. Softcopy only and no presentation required (only for special condition and it is not advised)
