OVERVIEW Of 2021 MALANG ICPM
International Conference of Project Management (ICPM) is a prestigious event organized with a motivation to provide an excellent international platform for the academicians, researchers, industrial participants and budding students around the world to SHARE their research findings with the international business experts. 2021 Malang ICPM is supported by Association of International Business and Professional Management (AIBPM) and universities in Indonesia. Many participants from different countries will come to beautiful Malang to share their ideas and experience in person with their peers expected to join from different parts on the world. In addition this gathering will help the delegates to establish research or business relations as well as to find international linkage for future collaborations in their career path. We hope that 2021 Malang ICPM outcome will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge base in these up-to-date business & Management fields in scope.

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS
Liem Gai Sin, Ph.D is the founder and president of Association of International Business and Professional Management. He has been involved in many research projects, received several research grants, scholarship and educational awards. He has published many journal articles in IEEE, APBITM, JIBM and wrote a book chapter in The Handbook of Experiential Learning in International Business that is published by Palgrave Macmilan in 2014. He was also a columnist on Entrepreneurship magazine and was an external reviewer of AIB and APIBTM. Currently he active in business activity, consulting and also active in many international organization.
Agung is Assistant Professor at Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, since 2005. Currently, as PhD Student in Accounting. The research focus is accounting information systems, qualitative methods, sustainability, and Big Data. Expert in qualitative analysis data processing NVIVO Software. Active as a speaker and moderator at national and international seminars. More than 60 publications in international and national journals, as well as 7 book chapters. Associate Editor in several National Accreditation Journal, International Scopus indexed and national journal reviewers, and regular reviewers at various Top international conferences. Member of the Association Information Systems (AIS), Association of Qualitative Research Consultants (QRCA), Asian Qualitative Research Association (AQRA), British Academy of Management in the UK (BAM), Indonesian Qualitative Researchers Association (IQRA), BAFA, AFAANZ, Chartered Accountants, Southeast Asia Research Academy (SEARA), etc. He is still working on several research projects, international collaborations, Supervisors of several international students in the Nusantara Project-AIBPM and publishing books.
High energized Human Resource Partner with twenty years progressive experience and has worked for several established organizations. Currently she holds a position as a Senior Business Partner in her corporate career. Kalpana has acquired tremendous experience in people and organizational development at both operational and strategic levels throughout her career. She is a strong leader, major contributor and proactive player in achieving an organization’s overall objective.
Apart from her career role, she was involved in training & development, agency coaching for recruitment and productivity. She develops course modules, HR policies and procedures and delivers trainings to various prestigious organizations. She is a highly experienced consultant and facilitator and works closely with Women NGOs and children and committed to a personal mission of “empowering people”. She was instrumental in many projects and has worked with many organizations and currently collaborating with state government under Women Exco Wing in organizing upskilling and social development programs to promote gender equity and to eliminate violence against women.
VIRTUAL PRESENTATION
Within this pandemic the conference will be conducted in hybrid system. The max 200 participants can join the conference and other can join the conference online and do the virtual presentation. Below is the guideline of how to do the virtual presentation.
HOW TO DO VIRTUAL PRESENTATION:
There will be 3 options to do the virtual presentation:
- Pre-Recorded video presentation and put in the youtube,
- Presenting in the with a Question and Answer session from session chair & audience with zoom
- Softcopy only and no presentation required
