    Liem Gai Sin, Ph.D is the founder and president of Association of International Business and Professional Management. He has been involved in many research projects, received several research grants, scholarship and educational awards. He has published many journal articles in IEEE, APBITM, JIBM and wrote a book chapter in The Handbook of Experiential Learning in International Business that is published by Palgrave Macmilan in 2014. He was also a columnist on Entrepreneurship magazine and was an external reviewer of AIB and APIBTM. Currently he active in business activity, consulting and also active in many international organization.

    Professor| Universiti Sains, Malaysia  
    PROF. DR. DAISY KEE MUI HUNG  is Professor at the School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia. Her areas of interests are in Entrepreneurship, HRM, Organizational Behavior, Work Values, Leadership, and Psychosocial Safety Climate. She holds a Ph.D. in Business and Management from International Graduate School of Business, University of South Australia. She was therecipient of few best paper awards, Award Service Excellence (2016) by Universiti Sains Malaysia,and award recipient ofMerdeka Award(2006) from the Australia Malaysia Business Council of South Australia (AMBCSA)by former South Australia Governor Sir Eric Neal (2006).The award recognizes the Most Outstanding Malaysian University students in South Australia.She earned her MBA from School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia. She was awarded Dean's List for being one of the top MBA students (2003). Presently, she is an active academician and researcher supervising numbers of MBA, MA and Ph.D. candidates with working experience across diverse industries. Sheis also experienced speaker and trainer in her area. Shehas published good numbers ofindexedjournal papers.

    Dr. Sai Ling GWEE,
    General Manager of Penang Youth Development Corporation
     
    She is currently as General Manager of Penang Youth Development Corporation (PYDC). She holds years of leadership position in developing youth in private higher education industry and plays significant key roles in international collaboration and local industrial partnership. She has coached and supervised thousands of youth who are now active members in various industries. She is passionate and enthusiastic in shaping one’s positive mindset, self-belief and values.She has consistently given consultations, coaching, and essential skills training particularly to youth throughout her career. Her studies focus onenvironmental economics, positive youthdevelopment (PYD) associated to lifelong personal development, leadership, professionalism, ethic, volunteerism and lately IR4.0.In addition, she is a certified trainer under Ministry of Human Resource Malaysia and certified practitioner of NFNLP. She practices lifelong learning and she believes learning creates a better world.

For two successive terms, he held with aplomb the key assignment as Chairman and in year 2008-09 was nominated as President of COOIT (Central Organisation for Oil Industry & Trade), the sole Apex body of the entire oilseeds trade and industry sector of India. He has come to be widely appreciated for his innovative initiatives to put Indian oilseeds sector on firm footing by drawing up a road-map for sustained increase in oilseeds production as well as productivity.

    Majdi Anwar Quttainah earned his Ph.D. degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Lally School of Management & Technology (USA). He earned his MBA degree with merits from the Business School & Entrepreneurship at Newcastle University (UK), and his Bachelor degree in International Business from the American International University in London (UK). Dr. Quttainah is an associate professor of management in the College of Business Administration at Kuwait University and works on consultation and training projects as a freelancer. His research and teaching interests are corporate governance; the three levels of strategies, specifically corporate strategy, international management, and business, entrepreneurship & small business, and organizational change & development. In addition, as a recognition to research he was awarded the Best Young Researcher academic year 2016/2017 Kuwait University. Moreover, his research was awarded the Best Paper Award at the 76th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management Anaheim, CA, 2016, the Best Paper Award at the AGBA's 12th Annual World Congress, Kuantan City (State of Pahang), Malaysia, 2015, and the best Paper Award of the Gorontalo International Conference of Project Management (ICPM) 2018 – Gorontalo/Indonesida. He and his co-author received the best paper award for the Kuwait Economic Researcher Award by the Central Bank of Kuwait; May, 2019.

She holds a Ph.D. in Business and Management from International Graduate School of Business, University of South Australia. She was the recipient of few best paper awards, Award Service Excellence (2016) by Universiti Sains Malaysia, and award recipient of Merdeka Award (2006) from the Australia Malaysia Business Council of South Australia (AMBCSA) by former South Australia Governor Sir Eric Neal (2006). The award recognizes the Most Outstanding Malaysian University students in South Australia.She earned her MBA from School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia. She was awarded Dean's List for being one of the top MBA students (2003). Presently, she is an active academician and researcher supervising numbers of MBA, MA and Ph.D. candidates with working experience across diverse industries. She is also experienced speaker and trainer in her area. She has published good numbers of indexed journal papers.

    Prof .John Walsh is Director and Associate Dean, English Language Programs, International College, Krirk University, Thailand. He received his doctorate from Oxford University for a thesis relating to international management. He has lived and worked in Sudan, Greece, South Korea, Australia, UAE, Thailand, Vietnam and his native UK. His research these days mainly focuses on the social and economic development of the Greater Mekong Subregion.

    She is a Senior Lecturer at Wellington Institute of Technology, New Zealand. Before this, she was an Assistant Professor at the American University of the Middle East, Kuwait. She obtained her PhD in Marketing from the University of Waikato, New Zealand, in 2011. As an academic, she is passionate about teaching, researching and developing curriculum. She is a dedicated, resourceful, and goal-driven academic with a solid commitment to every learner's social and academic growth and development. 

    She is an assistant editor for the Journal of Islamic Marketing and an editor for the Journal of Halal Services, a newly established journal by Victoria University, Wellington.     He is presently the University Director for Knowledge and Technology Management (KTM) of the Research, Development, and Extension of Cagayan State University Tuguegarao City and concurrently the Campus Research Coordinator of Cagayan State University at Lasam. He is an Associate Professor. He has published numerous research articles indexed in Scopus, Clarivate Analytics, and ASEAN Citation Indexed (ACI) journals. He has an h-index of 6 and i-10-index of 4. Dr. Magulod has presented researches in various international, national, and regional research conferences and symposia and was awarded Best Research Presenter and Best Research Paper awardee. He was awarded Distinguished Faculty Researcher (Social Science Category). He presently serves as editor, guest editor and reviewer of various SSCI Web of Science (WoS) Indexed and Scopus-Elsevier journals.

     

     

    VIRTUAL PRESENTATION

    Within this pandemic the conference will be conducted in hybrid system. We are the first conference organizer who have the technology and have conducted the conference in hybrid system. Our previous conference has been attended by around 350 participants from different countries who joined the conference  offline and also did the virtual presentation. If you plan to do the virtual presentation then below is the guideline of how to do the virtual presentation.

    HOW TO DO VIRTUAL PRESENTATION:

    There will be 3 options to do the virtual presentation:

    Liem Gai Sin, Ph.D is the founder and president of Association of International Business and Professional Management. He has been involved in many research projects, received several research grants, scholarship and educational awards. He has published many journal articles in IEEE, APBITM, JIBM and wrote a book chapter in The Handbook of Experiential Learning in International Business that is published by Palgrave Macmilan in 2014. He was also a columnist on Entrepreneurship magazine and was an external reviewer of AIB and APIBTM. Currently he active in business activity, consulting and also active in many international organization.

She holds a Ph.D. in Business and Management from International Graduate School of Business, University of South Australia. She was the recipient of few best paper awards, Award Service Excellence (2016) by Universiti Sains Malaysia, and award recipient of Merdeka Award (2006) from the Australia Malaysia Business Council of South Australia (AMBCSA) by former South Australia Governor Sir Eric Neal (2006). The award recognizes the Most Outstanding Malaysian University students in South Australia.She earned her MBA from School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia. She was awarded Dean's List for being one of the top MBA students (2003). Presently, she is an active academician and researcher supervising numbers of MBA, MA and Ph.D. candidates with working experience across diverse industries.     Dr. Jorge A. Wise

    Affiliation: Professor of Marketing and International Business, CETYS Graduate School of Business, CETYS Universidad, Mexicali, Mexico. He got a PhD from EGADE Business School. He stands out in professional activities, from 1980-2000 working in national and international firms. In 1998 he joined the Monterrey Tech (ITESM) as professor of Marketing and International Business. In 2014 is appointed Director for the Center or Excellence for Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship at CETYS University. Later, he is appointed as Dean of the brand new CETYS Graduate School of Business. In those years, he is recognized as a member of Mexican National Research System from CONACYT (The Mexican Council for Science and Technology). Dr. Wise is an international professor working in the USA, Latin America and Europe. His latest appointments are at CEIPA Business School, Colombia and at IESEG School of Management, France.     Mr. Scott 2  Dr. Scott Hipsher

    Dr. Scott Hipsher is an American professor who lectures and writes in strategic areas examining development issues in the Asian-Pacific region, where he has lived and worked for over 20 years. In particular, his expertise is in management studies, wealth creation and poverty reduction, social responsibility and international business. His research interests also include innovation and microenterprises in ethnic minority communities in Southeast Asia.  

    He has published numerous books as the sole author or editor with Palgrave Macmillan, Oxford: Chandos Publishing, Routledge, and IGI International and contributed book chapters to major books published by Palgrave Macmillan, Routledge, Global Publishing House International, IGI International, Edward Elgar Publishing Ltd, Nova Sciences Publishers, and Information Age Publishing. He has also written numerous academic articles for major international journals and conference papers as well being a frequent keynote speaker at academic conferences and a guest on TV news shows in China. 

    Dr. Hipsher has extensive experience in lecturing at the undergraduate, masters, and doctoral levels at various institutions across the world as a full-time or visiting professor. He is currently a visiting faculty member at Mahidol University. 

    JULIEDr. Julie Vardhan is an academician with more than 17 years experience. She is currently associated with Amity University Jharkhand as Asst. Prof. She is Doctorate in Business Administration from SMC University Switzerland. She was associated with a national media house, an international bank, and a Fortune 500 Company and integrated this experience into the academic world. She has contributed in the education field at the international level and was associated with a University in Dubai for more than a decade. Her research papers have been published in a number of acclaimed international journals.  Her areas of research interest are Higher education, entrepreneurship and sustainable marketing.

    Liem Gai Sin, Ph.D is the founder and president of Association of International Business and Professional Management. He has been involved in many research projects, received several research grants, scholarship and educational awards. He has published many journal articles in IEEE, APBITM, JIBM and wrote a book chapter in The Handbook of Experiential Learning in International Business that is published by Palgrave Macmilan in 2014. He was also a columnist on Entrepreneurship magazine and was an external reviewer of AIB and APIBTM. Currently he active in business activity, consulting and also active in many international organization.

    Prof. Iwan Triyuwono is a lecturer at Brawijaya University (1988-present). He was born in Bangkalan on June 30, 1961 and completed his studies at Brawijaya University majoring in Accounting in 1986, Master Degree on Accounting at Macquarie University – Australia in 1992, and lastly earned a PhD in Accounting at The University of Wollongong – Australia in 1995 with a dissertation that entitled “Shariate Organization and Accounting: The Reflections of Self's Faith and Knowledge.”He served in several many important positions in Brawijaya and also other universities such as: postgraduate director in Muhammadiyah university, Malang (1997-1999 & 1999-2002), the head of accounting postgraduate program in Universitas Brawijaya, Dean of Economy faculty in Trunojoyo university and etc. He is active as a keynote speaker in many conferences, training and seminar and also write many book and journals.  His google scholar citations are 3451, h-index is 29, and i10-index is 69; Research Gate Score (RG Score) 19.56; Sinta score 11.61 (as of March 20, 2022).

    Majdi Anwar Quttainah earned his Ph.D. degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Lally School of Management & Technology (USA). He earned his MBA degree with merits from the Business School & Entrepreneurship at Newcastle University (UK), and his Bachelor degree in International Business from the American International University in London (UK). Dr. Quttainah is an associate professor of management in the College of Business Administration at Kuwait University and works on consultation and training projects as a freelancer. His research and teaching interests are corporate governance; the three levels of strategies, specifically corporate strategy, international management, and business, entrepreneurship & small business, and organizational change & development. In addition, as a recognition to research he was awarded the Best Young Researcher academic year 2016/2017 Kuwait University. Moreover, his research was awarded the Best Paper Award at the 76th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management Anaheim, CA, 2016, the Best Paper Award at the AGBA's 12th Annual World Congress, Kuantan City (State of Pahang), Malaysia, 2015, and the best Paper Award of the Gorontalo International Conference of Project Management (ICPM) 2018 – Gorontalo/Indonesida. He and his co-author received the best paper award for the Kuwait Economic Researcher Award by the Central Bank of Kuwait; May, 2019.

His research is oriented to Corporate Governance, Power and Influence in Organizations, Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship, and International Business. He was visiting professor at Inseec Business School in París, Universidad del Desarrollo in Santiago de Chile, ESADE University in Barcelona, and UDEM in Monterrey. He is Associate Editor of the International Journal of Sustainability in Higher Education (Emerald-Q2), Deputy Editor of 360 Journal of Management Sciences (Peru), and member of the Editorial Boards of CEA Management Journal (Colombia), Alcance Journal (Brazil), and International Journal of Applied Business and International Management (Indonesia). He received six research funds, a teaching innovation award, and a scholarship for teaching of the EFMD. He is Peru Country Director in the Academy of International Business (AIB) for the Latin America and the Caribbean Chapter, and Vice-Chair of Resources of the AIB Global Teaching & Education SIG.

She is a dedicated, resourceful, and goal-driven academic with a solid commitment to every learner's social and academic growth and development.  She is an assistant editor for the Journal of Islamic Marketing and an editor for the Journal of Halal Services, a newly established journal by Victoria University, Wellington. A multitasker she currently sits on the Board of a private hospital, founded a Social Enterprise; AKRAB RESOURCES, a Foundation; Health on World (Y-HOW), a consultation business; ABA resources, a wound centre; ABA Luka Care, is advisory to a company foundation; A Leap of Faith, while she trains and speaks under her own umbrella company. It’s no wonder she is frequently called in as a speaker, a judge, a mentor, a trainer and a consultant.     He is associate Professor and Internationalization Leader for the Management Department and Management School at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He has +8 years in teaching and +18 years of experience as manager and director in different economic sectors such as foods and beverages, construction, pharmaceutical, electric energy, sports, and information technology. He is PhD Candidate in the Strategic Management program of Consorcio de Universidades in Lima; he has doctoral studies at Copenhagen Business School, and a MBA of Centrum Católica. His research is oriented to Power and Influence in Organizations, and Sustainable Supply Chain Management. He was visiting professor at Inseec Business School in París, Universidad del Desarrollo in Santiago de Chile, ESADE University in Barcelona, and UDEM in Monterrey. He received four research funds, a teaching innovation award, and a scholarship for teaching of the EFMD. He is Chair for Global and Regional Supply Chains track in the Academy of International Business (AIB) for the Latin America and the Caribbean Chapter, and an executive board member of the AIB Global Teaching & Education SIG.

    Summary:

    We will discuss about how COVID-19 crisis has disrupted global supply chains and how suppliers, manufacturers and customers would need to embrace and build-on these severe disruptions to deal with sustainability issues in order to achieve 2030 SDGs.

  • MOU with Narotama University

    Untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan wawasan mahasiswa dalam mengimplementasikan keilmuannya di dunia kerja, Universitas Narotama (UNNAR) membuat Nota Kesepahaman (Memoramdum of Understanding /MoU) dengan Association of International Business & Professional Management (AIBPM). Penandatangan MoU dilakukan oleh Rektor UNNAR Hj. Rr. Iswachyu Dhaniarti DS, ST, M.HP dengan Presiden AIBPM Liem Gai Sin, M.Bus (Adv), PhD di UNNAR Surabaya pada Jumat, 4 Mei 2018. 
    Penandatanganan MoU tersebut mencakup bidang kerjasama sesuai program yang ditawarkan dan diinginkan oleh kedua pihak, yang berkontribusi untuk membina dan mengembangkan hubungan kerjasama antara kedua lembaga. kerjasama dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan-kegiatan seperti program kolaborasi proyek internasional, sertifikasi, komunitas bisnis, pelatihan dan lokakarya, publikasi, konferensi akademik dan budaya, kolaborasi akademik dan magang.     Do you want to publish your book? AIBPM Publisher cooperates with Palgrave Macmillan Publisher now help researchers/authors/lecturers to publisher their book

    What we would be interested in publishing are narrower edited volumes comprising the best papers of the conference within a specific theme and discipline. This potential volume should consist of an introductory chapter that clearly states the theorectical framework that the work adopts, and perhaps 7 to 10 chapters of about 5000 to 8000 words each.

    Timelines

    - Peer-review can take anywhere between 3 weeks to a month and a half

    - With positive reviews, internal approval (Palgrave Macmillan) and contract signing can take another 2 weeks

    - Completion of manuscript (You can let us know how long you need, and that deadline would be included in the contract)

    - Manuscript check upon completion (2 weeks)

    - Production (about 4.5 months)

    - Availability of hardcopies (about two weeks after production is complete)

    - On indexing, please note that the published edited volumes needs to be submitted to Thomson Reuters for its consideration and acceptance. All books published with us will be automatically submitted. Whether the book is indexed or not will depend entirely on Thomson Reuters and we has no control over this. We would know if it has been included four months after publication
